Light bulb tip:

When replacing your light bulbs, replace them with 130 volt bulbs regardless of wattage, as in the Nashville area most of the voltage by the time it gets into your house is over 120 volts, some have been measured at 128 volts…when you install 120 volt rated bulbs, the packaging states…1000 hours, or 1250 hours, etc.. you are giving the light bulbs more voltage than what they are rated for, so your hours will be greatly reduced. If they are 130 volt rated, you should get the hours of life the bulb package states.
